About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Inclusion and Belonging to join our team at Positively Partners. This is a full-time, exempt position that will play a critical role in ensuring our organization is inclusive and equitable for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies to promote a culture of belonging and inclusion throughout the organization.
  • Lead the development and execution of DEI training programs, employee resource groups, and other initiatives to foster a culture of inclusion and equity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure DEI is integrated into all aspects of the organization, including hiring, talent development, and community engagement.
  • Develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of DEI initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote DEI and advance the organization's mission.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in DEI, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective DEI strategies.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Deep understanding of structural racism and its impact on diverse communities, particularly those with intersecting identities and immigrant backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with social justice movements and topics such as racial, LGBTQ, and disability rights.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with match, paid time off, and more.
