Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Marriott Orlando Downtown. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling reservations, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and assist guests, respond to their requests, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reservations: Manage guest reservations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including handling cash and credit transactions, and processing guest payments.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge, and ability to multitask.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk and climb stairs, frequently kneel, reach, crawl, and twist torso as needed.
