Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn SeaWorld. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of guest interactions and hotel operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and hotel software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures.
