Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager, Enterprise to join our team in San Francisco. As a key sales role, you will work with our platform team to implement and manage our API for our most exciting clients. You will engage with various teams across Airwallex, including sales, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and strategy. Your technology expertise and Fintech enthusiasm will enable you to solve complex problems and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Take a consultative approach with customers to ensure solutions meet their unique business needs
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to manage and optimize customer engagement and platform usage
  • Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Project manage complex customer projects across technical and non-technical domains
  • Be proactive in identifying and solving client challenges
  • Serve as the customer advocate while capturing feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and Development
  • Achieve and exceed sales target volumes and revenues while prioritizing customer needs
  • Report weekly and monthly performance against KPIs, metrics, and targets
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience managing complex technology sales or account management of enterprise accounts
  • Experience working with APIs
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to converse with people of all backgrounds and domains
  • Success-oriented and accountable for delivering key outcomes, including KPIs and revenue targets
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales experience in payments or Fintech
  • Meaningful, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complexity for others
