Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Account Manager, Enterprise to join our team in San Francisco. As a key sales role, you'll work closely with our platform team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth. You'll be responsible for managing complex customer projects, building relationships with internal stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and platform usage.

Responsibilities
  • Take a consultative approach with customers to ensure solutions meet their unique business needs
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to manage and optimize customer engagement and platform usage
  • Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Project manage complex customer projects across technical and non-technical domains
  • Be proactive in identifying and solving client challenges
  • Serve as the customer advocate while capturing feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and Development
  • Achieve and exceed sales target volumes and revenues
  • Report weekly and monthly performance against KPIs, metrics, and targets
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience managing complex technology sales to or account management of enterprise accounts
  • Experience working with APIs
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to converse with people of all backgrounds and domains
  • Success-oriented and accountable for delivering key outcomes, including KPIs and revenue targets
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $142K - $199K, plus equity and commission opportunities. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits. We also offer 20 paid days of vacation and 12 paid days of company holidays in a calendar year.
