- Contract Type: Permanent - Direct Hire
- Salary: $210,000 - $220,000 + Comprehensive Benefits
*** KEY REQUIREMENTS ***
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (SCI Eligible preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business development with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; or 8 years with a Master’s degree; or 14 years of relevant experience with a High School diploma.
- Established relationships within the Department of Defense and Combatant Commands.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale capture efforts, including strategic planning, competitive analysis, proposal development, and transition to execution.
- Demonstrated success in converting opportunities from concept to contract.
- Identify and pursue high-margin opportunities (10% or more) that align with organizational capabilities and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with business units to leverage their strengths in shaping new markets and opportunities.
- Guide opportunities through the pipeline, providing ongoing support to capture managers throughout the lifecycle.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance our positioning.
- Provide leadership and oversight for capture activities, aiming to meet or exceed business development metrics.
- Support the Chief Growth Officer in refining strategic plans and coordinating execution with business units.
- Foster strong relationships with business development teams to ensure collaboration on opportunities and client engagements.
- Initiate and lead discussions with clients and stakeholders to gather insights on market requirements and acquisition strategies.
