Executive Front Desk Manager

We are seeking an Executive Front Desk Manager to lead our front office team and drive guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day front office operations, including reception, reservations, and guest services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in front office management or a related role.
- Proven track record of leadership, sales, and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
A competitive salary range of $89,000 - $106,000 per annum, along with a bonus program, comprehensive health care benefits, and other perks.
