Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Associate to join our Client Support team in Morristown, NJ. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for addressing business and technical challenges within our Life Sciences software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via our ticketing system.
  • Issue Resolution: Take ownership of client issues related to functionality and utilization of our products to resolve technical and business challenges.
  • Proactive Communication: Proactively initiate communication with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate comprehensive issue resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess processes to boost departmental productivity.

Requirements

  • Customer Support Experience: Prior experience in a customer support position.
  • Multi-Ticket Handling: Proven success in handling ten or more customer tickets simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Availability: Ability to commute to Morristown, NJ once a week.
  • Customer Focus: Sincere interest in providing a superb level of customer support.
  • Collaboration: A knack for working collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
