Job Overview

Aztec Software, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in Morristown, NJ.

This multifaceted role involves reception duties, administrative tasks, and hands-on involvement in printing booklets, shipping & handling, and tradeshow planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and direct inquiries as necessary.
  • Manage printing needs for the office, ensuring quality control and timely distribution.
  • Oversee shipping & handling procedures, coordinating with various departments and external partners.
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of tradeshow appearances, including logistics, materials, and follow-up.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and managing office correspondence.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle pressure during peak hours.
  • Experience in tradeshow planning is a plus.
  • Must be able to move up to 50LBS using a cart.
