Administrative Support Specialist

Aztec Software, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in Morristown, NJ.
This multifaceted role involves reception duties, administrative tasks, and hands-on involvement in printing booklets, shipping & handling, and tradeshow planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and direct inquiries as necessary.
- Manage printing needs for the office, ensuring quality control and timely distribution.
- Oversee shipping & handling procedures, coordinating with various departments and external partners.
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of tradeshow appearances, including logistics, materials, and follow-up.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and managing office correspondence.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and handle pressure during peak hours.
- Experience in tradeshow planning is a plus.
- Must be able to move up to 50LBS using a cart.
