We are currently looking for a Fire Sprinkler Inspector who will be essential in ensuring the safety of structures and their occupants. This role involves performing comprehensive evaluations of fire sprinkler systems to verify their compliance with safety regulations and operational readiness in emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Inspections: Thoroughly assess fire sprinkler systems for any potential issues and ensure they meet established code standards.
  • Perform Testing: Execute functional tests to evaluate system performance and identify any operational failures.
  • Document Findings: Keep meticulous records of inspection results, generate reports, and maintain a history of system upkeep.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Effectively communicate with property owners, facility managers, and other relevant parties regarding inspection outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in fire sprinkler inspection or a related discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of fire sprinkler system components and their functionality.
  • NICET Level II - ITM Water Based Systems certification is required.
  • Familiarity with NFPA codes and standards is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
