Job Summary:

The Monmouth County Office of Child and Youth Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative support to the Youth Services Commission. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing contracts and reports, and assisting with meeting preparation and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Office of Child and Youth Services, including maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Assist with the preparation of contracts, fiscal reports, and program reports.
  • Help with meeting preparation, organization, and coordination.
  • Manage unit calls, mail, and supplies.
  • Assist with purchase orders and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
