Wireless Sales Director

At Tessco, we're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Wireless Executive to lead our sales team in Reno, NV. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes
- Identify and capitalize on key business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to drive business success
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and sales management
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex business data and develop strategic solutions
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Excel
