The Regional Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and success for Sunseeker and its dealers. This position requires building strong relationships with dealers, securing new business opportunities, and developing strategies to meet sales and market-share goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent business development skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high-performance sales environment
  • Proven sales performer with excellent business development skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop high-quality working relationships
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, demonstrating ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
