Job Title: Help Desk Customer Service Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Customer Service Agent to join our team at WiredPeople, Inc. As a Help Desk Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and issue resolutions using Genesys and SharePoint.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and effective solutions to customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate via phone to diagnose problems remotely.
  • At least one year of call center experience.
  • High School diploma or Equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Genesys, SharePoint, MS Office, and Outlook.
  • Experience in a Help Desk/Customer Support environment.
