Job Summary:

Health Advocates Network is seeking a Help Desk Customer Service Agent to work at a facility in Jefferson City, MO. This is a registry position with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone to diagnose problems remotely in a help desk support capacity.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless support services.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of call center experience.
  • High School diploma or Equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate via phone.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Genesys, Sharepoint, MS Office, Outlook.
  • Experience in a Help Desk/Customer Support environment.

What We Offer:

  • $15/hour.
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
