Help Desk Customer Service Representative

Health Advocates Network is seeking a skilled Help Desk Customer Service Agent to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support to our clients. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of call center experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with Genesys, Sharepoint, MS Office, and Outlook
- Background in a Help Desk/Customer Support environment
