About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager at AppOmni, you will be a sales contributor and the primary client contact throughout the sales process.

You will maintain account ownership after the close of the deal and help mature customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.

This role requires a strong understanding of SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) use cases, market trends, competitors, and partnering technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet/exceed revenue targets
  2. Be a team player, upholding our company culture
  3. Own your accounts, customers, and prospects
  4. Prospect, network, and continually add to your pipeline
  5. Master prospecting tools and build relationships within the partner community
  6. Learn and master our technology, including product demos
  7. Understand SSPM use cases, market, competitors, and partnering technologies
  8. Manage simultaneous sales opportunities with enterprise and mid-market companies
  9. Forecast pipeline accurately
  10. Demonstrate good sales hygiene with proper use of Salesforce and Clari
  11. Add value as a customer-first advocate
  12. Present to CISOs at an exceptional level
Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional with:

  • 5+ years of outside enterprise software selling experience; 3+ years in cyber security is a plus
  • SaaS security experience is a plus
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with multiple stakeholders
  • Pride in your work, all day every day
  • Working knowledge of common SaaS solutions such as Salesforce, M365, Zoom, Box, ServiceNow, Workday is a plus
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Salesforce and/or Clari experience preferred
  • You enjoy educating prospects about new technologies

Our total rewards package includes:

  • Salary: The annual On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $320,000 USD (50/50)
