Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Residential Team at OneCommunity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all our clients' repair and maintenance needs within our technology platform, One by SMS Assist.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and store managers via phone and electronically.
  • Utilize technology and basic troubleshooting skills to determine the nature of maintenance issues affecting the caller.
  • Properly document and classify maintenance issues to ensure proper dispatch to the most appropriate vendor in the most appropriate timeframe.
  • Achieve KPIs in a contact center-based production environment where productivity and quality are key in providing excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of customer service, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates.
  • Collaborate with coworkers and our nationwide network of contractors to resolve customer problems.
  • Keep our customer and work order information up to date in our proprietary technology system.
  • Continuously learn and improve our software and supporting systems.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required, Associates or Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in property maintenance or management, customer service call center environment preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
