Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team at Erickson-Hall Construction Co. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient execution of projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the construction process, including subcontractor coordination, material management, and labor supervision.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and identify potential delays or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial and public works experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and MS Project scheduling software.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving history.
