Responsibilities- Maintain contracts with trade partners, overseeing subcontract administration, and ensuring timely progress.
- Participate in change management, assessing cost and schedule impact, and reviewing change orders.
- Manage project document control, including RFIs, shop drawings, and submittals, ensuring compliance with scope and design documentation.
- Collaborate with the project team lead to supervise design, responding to submittal schedules, and ensuring timely completion.
- Review trade partners' submittals for compliance with scope and design documentation, forwarding them to design for review.
- Coordinate with the project manager and superintendent to manage project performance, including site HSE, cost management, schedule, and quality.
- Prepare and supervise progress claims and estimates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate inventory and tracking of materials and equipment, expediting material orders as needed.
- Assist with site inspections to resolve constructability and site coordination issues, reviewing and signing off on functionality, AHJ requirements, and code compliance.
- Participate in project closeout, including document archival, maintenance, and warranty manuals, deficiencies, and warranty work.
- 1-3 years of construction experience in an operational role, preferably in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
- Associates or bachelor's degree in a related subject area or equivalent experience.
- Verified understanding of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, project HSE, quality, building materials, and required standards.
- Ability to apply basic engineering/problem-solving principles to construction challenges.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and delegate simple tasks.
- Ability to build a comprehensive schedule and coordinate subcontracts and contract documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal operational systems, with a strong ability to adapt to new technology.

The salary range for this position is between $76,500 and $98,500 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. PCL combines numerous pay and benefit strategies to provide a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package.
