Job Overview
The Client Relations Manager serves as a vital link between clients and Select Water Solutions.

This role is dedicated to nurturing the client relationship by thoroughly understanding, implementing, and articulating client needs to Select Management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients daily to ascertain their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to address needs and devise implementation strategies.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competition, and project status to management while maintaining established communication channels.
  • Ensure clients are equipped with the necessary personnel and resources for their projects.
  • Follow up to confirm that personnel and resources are available as client needs evolve.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients as new projects and requirements arise.
  • Complete all mandatory reports promptly.
  • Uphold personal and professional ethics as the highest priority in interactions with clients and company staff.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-ups.
  • Participate in and complete required training programs.
  • Engage in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives as outlined by the company.
  • Adhere to instructions and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties effectively.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Proficient understanding of oil and gas field infrastructure and fluid handling services.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a client-facing role with a proven track record in relationship management and account development.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the capacity to influence client decision-makers.
  • Prior experience in coordinating and developing focused sales strategies.
  • Frequent interaction with key client personnel to understand current and future projects.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility to operate a company vehicle as per insurance guidelines.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and planning abilities.

Physical Requirements:
This position typically follows a Monday through Friday schedule, 8 AM to 5 PM, unless operational needs dictate otherwise. The role involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and exposure to noise levels that may require hearing protection. A high degree of concentration is necessary in a busy environment.
