About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Interventionist to join our team at About Behavior Consulting Inc. of Orange County. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will play a vital role in providing ABA therapy for individuals with Autism and related disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement treatment plans established by the clinical team, working with individuals aged 3-17 years old in their homes.
  • Model and prompt activities to train self-care practices.
  • Converse with individuals to promote social skills and social interaction.
  • Accompany families in community outings.
  • Observe and document behaviors to facilitate assessment and development of treatment goals.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in a behavioral health or related field.
  • Driver's License.
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish).
  • Applied Behavior Analysis (training available).
  • Data Collection (training available).
  • Pass FBI/DOJ clearance through Live Scan.
