Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Adolescent Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing supervision and support to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting their emotional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized supervision and support to clients, including assistance with daily activities, emotional regulation, and crisis intervention.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct regular progress updates and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in adolescent behavioral health.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with adolescents in a behavioral health setting.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.
  • Certification in CPI and CPR within the first 30 days of employment.
