Job Description

We are looking for an Educational Behavior Specialist to contribute to our mission. In this role, you will be tasked with executing effective intervention strategies for clients in both individual and group environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to individuals or groups facing behavioral challenges
  • Design and implement personalized intervention strategies
  • Set treatment objectives and benchmarks with clients
  • Compile progress assessments and documentation for relevant stakeholders
  • Inform families and groups about behavioral health strategies and prevention initiatives
  • Coordinate referrals to additional healthcare or counseling professionals

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in counseling, social services, or related disciplines
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques
  • Empathetic and supportive attitude
  • Ability to establish strong connections with clients
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
