About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at About Behavior Consulting Inc. of Orange County. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing ABA therapy services to individuals with Autism and related disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement treatment plans established by the clinical team, working with individuals aged 3-21 years old in their homes, under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Model and prompt activities to train self-care practices, converse with individuals to promote social skills and social interaction, and accompany families in community outings.
  • Observe and document behaviors to facilitate assessment and development of treatment goals, maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Attend training sessions to acquire further knowledge and skills in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree (in progress) in a behavioral health or related field.
  • Driver's License.
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish).
  • Applied Behavior Analysis (training available).
  • Data Collection (training available).
  • Pass FBI/DOJ clearance through Live Scan.
