Job Overview:
Are you prepared to engage with cutting-edge technologies in a progressive organization? As a Client Support Specialist at Aperia, your role will involve cultivating and sustaining robust client relationships, delivering expert assistance and support, meticulously documenting interactions, troubleshooting and resolving client challenges, collaborating with various teams, and remaining informed about product developments. We seek individuals who possess outstanding communication abilities, a proactive attitude, and a strong customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships
- Deliver expert guidance and support
- Maintain thorough documentation
- Resolve client issues effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Stay updated on product knowledge
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Prepare various communications
- Exhibit attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Proficient in Office 365, including SharePoint
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication skills with both internal and external teams
- Background investigation and drug screening required
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid remote
