Job Summary

Bottega Veneta, a leading luxury fashion brand, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in Dallas. As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by developing new client relationships, scheduling appointments, and providing personalized service to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Effectively utilize sales techniques, including cross-selling, upselling, and multiple selling, to maximize each transaction and drive sales growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all Bottega Veneta collections, including technical and inspirational aspects, to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Store Operations: Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures, maintain visual standards, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs, build and maintain a loyal client following, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Product Knowledge: Genuine interest in fashion, follows industry trends and news, and possesses a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and high energy level.
  • Availability: Ability to work closing shifts, weekends, and holidays, and be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
