Overview:

The Wealth Management Associate will deliver extensive operational assistance to a distinguished Senior Wealth Advisor Team managing over $2 billion in assets.

This role enhances the client journey by supporting the service, upkeep, and expansion of the team's high net worth clientele.

The position offers insights into Neuberger Berman's Private Wealth Management sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage in daily functions of the operational support team and address all client service requirements.
Serve as a conduit between Wealth Advisors, Portfolio Managers, Operations, and clients.
Initiate the new account setup process in collaboration with the Private Client Services Team. Aid clients in completing necessary documentation.

Conduct account maintenance tasks including, but not limited to; fund disbursements, name/address modifications, charitable contributions, ACATS and DTC transfers, cost updates, billing/fees, and client-directed trade orders.

Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients regarding; new account paperwork, LOA's, account updates, checks and wires, account performance, trade activities, transfers, statement inquiries, research, fees, objective changes, portfolio market values, stock quotes, online access, etc.

Oversee account activities such as trades, cash flows, debits, margin, tech shorts, performance, transfers, allocations, fees, etc., utilizing various internal portfolio systems.
Deliver tailored reporting and analysis to clients or the Wealth Advisor team on a routine or ad hoc basis.
Keep account information and new business pipeline updated in the Salesforce database.
Ensure accurate and comprehensive client files are maintained.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Possession of Series 7 and 66 licenses. A minimum of 5 years of client service/support or related experience in the financial services sector.
Extensive knowledge of Wealth Management, financial products, and services.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, along with strong interpersonal and client service skills.
Capability to organize, prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and keep the team informed on ongoing matters.
Detail-oriented and organized with robust follow-up skills.
Aptitude to adapt to a rapidly evolving and fast-paced business environment.
Ability to work effectively and thrive under pressure with tight deadlines.
Team-oriented with a commitment to collaboration.
