Position Summary:
As a Client Experience Associate, you will play a pivotal role in Farther's client service and operational framework, ensuring a seamless wealth management journey for both advisors and clients. Your responsibilities will include executing the necessary financial operations for onboarding, managing ongoing requests, and addressing complex client needs. Collaborating closely with our product and engineering teams, you will continuously strive to enhance the wealth management experience. This position offers a significant opportunity to influence not only the company but also the broader wealth management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for both advisors and clients.
- Assist advisors by managing daily operational tasks for existing clients.
- Facilitate operational follow-up actions for client requests.
- Act as a liaison with custodians to ensure the processing and confirmation of requests (e.g., account openings, transfers, account maintenance).
- Identify and escalate issues to the product team to inform our strategic roadmap and enhance client service operations.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with Farther advisors, custodians, and third-party vendors to guarantee client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong enthusiasm for client service, relationship management, and operational support.
- A collaborative team player with a positive outlook and a robust work ethic.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with standard operational processes in wealth management client service (e.g., onboarding, transfers) involving custodians like Charles Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing.
- In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry.
- A passion for enhancing operational efficiencies in client servicing processes.
