Role Responsibilities:
As a Bloomingdale's Expert Client Advisor (ECA), you will play a pivotal role in our sales team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a liaison between Bloomingdale's and our esteemed luxury brands, ensuring clients receive an unparalleled shopping experience.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with high-value clients, leveraging your passion for fashion and product knowledge.
- Serving as a mentor and source of inspiration for fellow client advisors within your boutique.

Key Duties:
- Utilize available technology to enhance client relationships through analysis and engagement.
- Be the go-to person for technical inquiries and share effective selling strategies within the team.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by aligning brand goals with personal objectives to drive business success.
- Cultivate authentic relationships through active listening and consistent follow-through.
- Master product offerings, services, loyalty programs, and sales systems to provide exceptional service.
- Share insights and relevant information with the team to support training and daily operations.

Schedule Requirements:
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Candidate Profile:
- Ideally possess 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail sales or personal styling.
- Enjoy engaging with customers and sharing knowledge.
- Resourceful and motivated, capable of working independently while thriving in a team environment.
- Quick to adapt to changing priorities and comfortable with technology.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively, use hands for tasks, and maintain color vision.
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
- Proficient use of computers and technology essential for job functions, including point-of-sale systems.
