OBJECTIVE:
The Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in shaping and implementing marketing strategies, initiatives, and operations to enhance brand visibility, foster customer interaction, and drive lead generation. This position requires collaboration with various departments to ensure timely execution of marketing efforts that align with the company's objectives.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
  • Act as a vital member of the marketing team by participating in both strategic and tactical initiatives aimed at fulfilling the organization's marketing goals.
  • Perform market research and competitor assessments to guide strategic choices and refine marketing approaches for maintaining a competitive edge.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract leads by configuring campaigns in CRM systems and subsequently monitoring and reporting on their performance.
  • Oversee creative projects in collaboration with agencies, particularly for digital platforms, Pay Per Click advertising, and radio partnerships.
    • Collaborate with agencies to assess and suggest improvements for new creative assets and website content based on market trends and business objectives.
    • Conduct semi-annual competitive evaluations.
  • Create, develop, and deploy email marketing communications utilizing Pardot and/or Salesforce.
  • Leverage Salesforce to analyze client interactions and data, including leads, registrations, and client segmentation, to generate reports for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing events, partnership opportunities, and business development efforts by ensuring effective coordination and availability of promotional materials.
  • Manage marketing collateral, ensuring quality and alignment with current marketing strategies.
  • Track and fulfill requests in Asana for the Marketing Service Bureau, collaborating with external creative teams and agencies for design, video production, copywriting, and print requirements.
  • Oversee marketing inventory and financials related to promotional materials: ordering branded items, managing invoices, and controlling budgets.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 7 years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and executing effective marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Willingness to work in the office four days a week.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Familiarity with marketing communication and analytics tools such as Domo, Salesforce, and Pardot.
  • Understanding of competitive analysis techniques and data interpretation.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven intellectual curiosity.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal abilities.
COMPENSATION:

$110,000 - $130,000
