The Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in crafting and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and operations aimed at enhancing brand visibility, fostering customer interaction, and driving lead generation. This position is integral to the marketing team, collaborating with various departments to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives that align with organizational objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as a vital member of the marketing team by participating in both strategic and tactical efforts to fulfill the organization's marketing goals.
  • Perform market research and competitor assessments to guide strategic choices and adapt marketing tactics for sustained competitive edge.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract leads, managing the setup in CRM systems and monitoring outcomes.
  • Oversee creative collaborations with agencies, particularly for digital platforms, Pay Per Click, and radio partnerships.
    • Collaborate with agencies to assess and recommend new creative and website content based on market dynamics and business objectives.
    • Conduct semi-annual competitive evaluations.
  • Create, develop, and manage email marketing communications utilizing Pardot and/or Salesforce.
  • Leverage Salesforce for analyzing client interactions and data, including leads, registrations, and customer segmentation, while generating reports for marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing events, partnership opportunities, and business development efforts, ensuring smooth operations and availability of promotional materials.
  • Manage marketing collateral, ensuring quality and relevance to current marketing strategies.
  • Oversee requests in Asana for the Marketing Service Bureau, coordinating with external creative resources and agencies for design, video production, copywriting, and print requirements.
  • Handle marketing inventory and financials related to promotional materials, including ordering branded items and managing invoices and budgets.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 7 years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Demonstrated success in formulating and executing effective marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Willingness to work in the office four days a week.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Familiarity with marketing communication and analytics tools such as Domo, Salesforce, and Pardot.
  • Understanding of competitive analysis techniques and data interpretation.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity.
  • Collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
COMPENSATION:

$110,000 - $130,000
