Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Marriott International Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including existing and new business partners
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales reports and client interactions
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and revenue management, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
