Job Title: Account Executive

At Paramount Unified School District, we are seeking a highly motivated and driven Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to sell high-profile properties, achieving revenue goals, and creating customized solutions for clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Craft and sell custom marketing campaigns to direct clients and advertising agencies, leveraging Paramount's multi-platform assets.
  • Achieve Revenue Goals: Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets through effective sales and marketing efforts.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Increase Agency Business: Leverage Paramount's multi-platform assets to increase shares of existing agency business.
  • Explore New Revenue Streams: Identify and cultivate new business accounts, exploring innovative and non-traditional avenues to generate revenue.
  • Create Customized Solutions: Develop client-focused solutions that demonstrate the value of Paramount's products and services.
  • Promote Streaming TV Solutions: Collaborate with internal team members to promote and sell Paramount's streaming TV solutions, understanding how they complement broadcast TV.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Ensure customer satisfaction and optimal performance by collaborating with internal team members.
  • Handle Administrative Tasks: Manage all paperwork in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Marketing Acumen: Demonstrated track record of developing and selling broadcast and digital solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and Wide Orbit, as well as PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
  • Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Experience in Selling Streaming Platforms: Prior experience in selling streaming platforms.
  • Location: Willingness to work in the Paramount Unified School District area, with a hybrid work arrangement.
