We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multimedia Sales Account Executive to join our team at Hearst Radio. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business on all platforms, including Radio, Sports, Digital, and Events.
Key Responsibilities- Generate New Business Revenue: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all platforms to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and Cultivate Active Accounts: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Meet Revenue Goals: Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Create and Deliver Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients and agency personnel to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as programming and marketing, to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Media Sales Experience: 3+ years of experience in media sales, with a strong understanding of media plans, the advertising marketplace, and key competition.
- Interpersonal Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills to develop rapport with clients, anticipate needs, and negotiate effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with commercial monitoring programs, such as Wide Orbit, and Microsoft applications.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
