Equipped with advanced technology, we provide comprehensive services including in-house laboratory testing, imaging, and specialized treatments.

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients while managing the front desk operations. This part-time position typically involves 2-3 shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and assist them with their needs in a compassionate manner.
  • Accurately prepare and review documentation and medical records.
  • Inform and guide clients about the services and practices of our Veterinary Specialty Hospital.
  • Handle appointment scheduling, emergencies, and client inquiries, ensuring top-notch care and satisfaction.
  • Manage admissions and discharges, scheduling follow-up appointments as required.
  • Process invoices and payments with precision.
  • Maintain and update client and pet records in compliance with legal standards.
  • Support additional administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, and emailing.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships.
  • Basic proficiency in Windows-based computer applications.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Capability to identify when to seek guidance in client-related situations.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
