Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally.
  • Guide users through the purchasing process, troubleshooting, and system usage.
  • Ensure timely responses to all emails, both internal and external.
  • Coordinate in-person meetings and inform customers about necessary documentation.
  • Accurately input and maintain customer information in company databases.

Qualifications:
Conversational proficiency in Japanese is required.

Essential Skills:

  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
  • Fluent verbal communication in Japanese.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
  • Strong active listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Consistent attendance and reliability.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour (initial training period at $17/hour, depending on experience).
