**Job Type:** Contract to Hire

**Location:** Onsite in Seattle, WA (Sodo/Harbor Island area)

**Hourly Rate:** $22 - $25 per hour

**Job Summary:** LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Administrative Assistant to support our client's business initiatives. This role is crucial in assisting the team with administrative tasks and document control. The ideal candidate will thrive in a multifaceted role, demonstrating a strong ability to multitask and maintain organization in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and the business management team.
  • Log and manage incoming and outbound documents.
  • Generate reports for statuses of projects.
  • Provide customer support to both internal and external partners.
  • General administrative tasks including filing and organization, data entry, and acting as a liaison between teams.

**Requirements:**

  • 1+ years of administrative experience.
  • Good knowledge of MS Suite and basic computer skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong ability to protect confidential information.
  • Great communication and organization.
