Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Therapeutic Community Technician (Administrative Support) to work with our experienced team. You will be responsible for supporting the therapeutic milieu, monitoring client behavior, and facilitating meetings and educational sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the therapeutic environment and ensuring clients follow established rules and schedules.
  • Addressing client behavioral issues and working collaboratively with Correctional Recovery Academy staff and management.
  • Documenting program progress and facilitating group sessions as directed by the Program Director.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the substance abuse/chemical dependency field or a closely related field is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $46,000-$50,600, based on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company contribution, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and discounts on various services and entertainment.
