About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Hazardous Materials Transport Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting various hazardous materials across different generator sites.

Responsibilities
  • Operate light and heavy equipment, including tankers, roll-off trucks, liquid and turbo vacuums, box trucks, tractor trailers, skid steers, forklifts, pumps, and pallet jacks, in compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Respond to customer spills and emergencies during normal business hours and after hours, utilizing your skills and expertise to mitigate any potential risks.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip Department of Transportation inspections, ensuring that all vehicles are in good working condition and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle logs and documentation, including manifests and work orders, to ensure seamless communication with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with HazMat endorsement is required.
  • Current 40-hour HAZWOPER Training or ability to pass course upon hire.
