Job Title: Therapeutic Community Technician (Administrative Support)
Location: Norfolk, MA
Salary: $46,000 - $50,600 per year
This is a full-time position requiring a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in substance abuse or a related field, and basic computer skills.
About the JobThe successful candidate will maintain a therapeutic environment, monitor client behavior, and ensure adherence to program rules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients
- Monitoring client behavior and addressing any issues
- Collaborating with staff and management to ensure program effectiveness
