Doorperson/Front Door Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Doorperson/Front Door Coordinator to join our team at Sofitel Philadelphia. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and memorable welcome for our guests, and setting the tone for their stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests into our luxury environment, ensuring a warm and memorable welcome.
- Handle all guest service inquiries, including in-house guest requests, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Assist with luggage or special requests for arriving and departing guests, providing a seamless and efficient experience.
- Provide information on our ALL Accor frequent guest program and direct guests to enroll with our Guest Service agents.
- Handle all guest inquiries and requests, delivering hand-tailored experiences to ensure a memorable stay.
- Promote hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling.
Requirements:
- Previous hotel experience in a luxury environment or comparable hotel.
- Must have experience working with guests and customers, with a service-focused personality.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to go above and beyond to deliver luxury service.
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar position in a luxury setting or hotel school degree.
- Must be flexible with days and hours.
