- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and resolve issues effectively
- Self-aware and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of the importance of maintaining quality and integrity in systems
- Experience with HubSpot or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Teams is a plus
