Manufacturing Process Specialist

About the Role:
This position is responsible for the blending of powders and liquids in the mixing department. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, eager to learn, and demonstrate good attention to detail. As a Manufacturing Process Specialist at Weiman Products LLC, you will work safely with chemicals with varying hazard ratings and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Blending batches of liquids and powders following batch picking sheets
- Pulling and organizing materials necessary to produce finished batches
- Performing inventory transactions in SYSPRO to ensure chemicals are allocated properly and inventory is accurate
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting, a plus.
- Extended periods of standing
- Frequently lifts and moves items weighing up to 60 pounds
- Must have good listening and interpersonal communications skills
