We are seeking an experienced Batch Operator to join our team at Weiman Products LLC. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for blending chemicals and liquids in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all batches are blended accurately and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety procedures.

The responsibilities of this role include:
* Blending chemicals and liquids according to batch sheets
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area
* Ensuring quality and productivity standards are met
* Working safely with chemicals with varying hazard ratings
* Performing inventory transactions in SYSPRO to ensure accuracy

In addition, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 0-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting (a plus)
* Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
* Good listening and interpersonal communication skills
* Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)
