About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Enjet Aero. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes that drive efficiency, cost savings, and quality enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. You should be proficient in programming CNC equipment, including G and M code programming, and have experience working with NX software. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of cutting tools, techniques, and metal types, as well as common metal removing processes.

As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will work closely with our production team to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement. You will then develop and implement new processes that meet or exceed customer expectations. You will also be responsible for creating blueprints and setup sheets for shop use, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid holidays, and a 401K retirement plan.
