Sales Director

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale Harrisburg, a 55-apartment assisted living and memory care community, you will be a key player in helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in. You will work closely with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads and partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
Brookdale Supports Our Sales Associates Through:
- A 3-week on-boarding and orientation program featuring in-depth instruction in Brookdale's unique approach to sales, one-on-one coaching with your District Director, and ongoing monthly continuing education for knowledge growth.
- Opportunity to apply for tuition reimbursement to support your professional sales and leadership skills development.
- A network of almost 675 communities in 41 states.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation.
