Sales Coordinator

Transteck Inc is a leading Heavy Duty Truck dealership group with 14 locations and 4 body shops in the North East United States.
We have over 200 factory-trained technicians, a vast parts inventory, and state-of-the-art facilities.

All our facilities are clean and fast-paced, striving to keep customer trucks on the road.
The Position:
The ideal candidate will support our sales team and other departments within our dealership network, contributing to our company's success.
Responsibilities:
Print daily new truck invoices and enter truck information into CDK (Accounting system).
Register new trucks into Daimler's system.
Communicate with the sales team to collect proper paperwork for truck registration.
Apply for various credits and track received funds.
Apply for additional warranties sold to customers.
Keep an updated log of unit deliveries from the factory.
Communicate with the sales team about late deliveries and request floorplan money accordingly.
Retail sell and closeout all new truck sale deals.
Keep track of files to ensure no deals are missed.
Keep an updated log of physical unit locations for monthly audits.
Coordinate with the Tags and Title team for monthly audits.
Process tag and title documents for dealership customers.
Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Design posts and create content via Canva.
Manage the website and communicate with the website engineering team.
Assist the Marketing Director with marketing campaigns.
Communicate with the Graphic Designer and review graphics needs.
Order flyers, display items, and company handouts.
Pick up ordered materials from vendors and ship to dealerships/employees.
Edit PDFs through Adobe for various departments as needed.
Assist the IT team with employee email troubleshooting.
Monitor and update on-hold phone audio.
Assist employees with desktop phone voicemail setup, password resets, and Caller ID changes.
Work with the phone management team to fix Cisco phone-related issues.
Monitor company mobile wireless devices (cell phones, mifis, tablets).
Order devices and create new lines for new employees, as well as assist with device upgrades.
Track usage and update plans dependent on employees' device usage and current offers.
Monitor bills for price changes and ensure invoices are paid.
Communicate with Verizon/AT&T representatives about needs.
Assist departments as needed with various impromptu issues.
Qualifications:
Entry/Mid Level - Prior experience is preferred.
College degree preferred, not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiar with Apple products a plus.
Aptitude & Attitude - we'll teach you the rest.
