Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all administrative functions, supervising office staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Supervise and train office staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of office management experience
  • Exceptional administrative skills, including strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
