CenterWell Home Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Branch Director to lead our Orlando office. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing operations, compliance, business development, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality of patient care, and regulatory compliance.
- Business Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve budgeted admission goals and grow the patient base.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and achieve key performance indicators.
- Quality Improvement: Conduct regular quality improvement meetings, review patient satisfaction data, and implement changes to improve patient outcomes.
- Compliance: Ensure the branch meets all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding certification and licensure.
- Education: Current RN license.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience in Home Health.
- Leadership Skills: Outstanding leadership skills with experience motivating, educating, and supervising staff.
- Quality Improvement: Experienced with quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools and methods.
- Business Management: Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Fiscal Management: Fiscal management experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: EMR proficiency, prior Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience is a plus.
